The information about mp4 being slightly lower quality than the high bit rate version of flv seems to be outdated, I can't see any difference between them, same size, same bitrate etc. I'll look for more info on that, in the mean time if someone knows about a vid or blog or whatever that is more current then this video could you please post the link on my page? thx.

4i thought the video was well explained. if you didnt understand it chances are you arent going to understand anything about high quality video to begin with.

25Sometimes when I click on a YouTube vid, it will automaticly play in stereo. There is no &fmt=18 in the url and these are not partner vids. I would love my vids to play automatacly in stereo. Any ideas?
