USAF: F-117 Nighthawk

  6. 6Actually, the first flight of the operational version F-117 was in 1981 when the program became "Senior Trend", after the project demonstrators/prototypes flew previously under "Have Blue". The only conflicting reports are which group flew the first F-117 in 1981, since newer reports have pointed that the 4452nd "Goat Suckers Q-Unit" did, and not the "Baja Scorpions R-Unit", though Hal Farley was at the controls. Maybe one day they'll tell us.

  7. 7Miss them little Blackbirds "my nickname for them"
F-22 has some shoes to fill.
Like to see the F-22 in combat; all air shows with other fighters "out preformed them".
